Guest access

Guests registered on the reservation will have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

Access to both the building and the apartment is self-service, using an entry code and a key lockbox.

Check-in is flexible, allowing guests to arrive at any time after 3:00 PM.

Detailed access instructions, including all necessary codes, will be sent before check-in.

Interaction with guests

Your stay is fully independent, allowing you to enjoy the apartment with complete privacy.

However, our team remains available before, during, and after your stay via message or phone, providing prompt and efficient assistance whenever needed.

Other things to note

* The apartment is at basement level at the front of the building but benefits from an elevated position at the rear, with natural light and views over the city rooftops.

* To comply with legal requirements, guests are required to complete the online check-in process before arrival.

* Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM | Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please check with us in advance.

* Upon arrival, the apartment will be prepared with bed linen and towels for each guest, as well as a starter supply of essentials such as shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper for the first day. Extra towels or changes of towels/bed linen during the stay are not included, but can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

* Due to the apartment’s central location, some typical city noise may occasionally be heard.
