→ Under Portuguese law, all guests are required to provide identification details for registration with the relevant authorities (AIMA). The online check-in form must be completed prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this legal requirement may result in refusal of check-in and/or cancellation of the reservation.
→ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking may result in penalties of up to €500.
→ In the event of excessive dirtiness or abnormal cleaning requirements after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee through the booking platform.
→ Should an in-person visit to the property be required at the guest's request, a call-out fee of €30 will apply.
→ Extra linen/towels pack: €35 (includes towels and linen for 2 guests).
→ We strongly recommend leaving the keys in the lockbox whenever leaving the property to avoid loss or lockout situations. In the event of lost keys or lockout, guests must notify us immediately. Any associated costs will be the guest's responsibility. Lost Key Policy:
* €50 fee if keys are not returned according to the check-out instructions.
* €90 fee if keys are lost during the stay.
* Additional charges will apply if a locksmith service is required.
→ Any issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, missing amenities, or the overall condition of the property must be reported no later than midnight on the day of check-in. This allows us the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns during your stay.

We are available before and during your stay to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any issues that may arise. The easiest way to reach us is through Airbnb messaging, although phone support is also available if needed.
* The apartment includes a private garden surrounded by greenery. As with any outdoor space, you may occasionally notice small insects, especially during the warmer months. This is a natural characteristic of garden properties and does not indicate a lack of cleanliness.
* In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must provide valid identification details (passport or ID card) before check-in.
* Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
* This is a self-catered property. A complimentary starter supply of toiletries, toilet paper and other essential items is provided upon arrival. These items are not replenished during your stay.
* The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay.
* Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests included in the reservation.
* The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the final check-out cleaning only. Additional cleaning services, as well as linen and towel changes during your stay, can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
