→ The online check-in form must be completed prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this legal requirement may result in refusal of check-in and/or cancellation of the reservation.
→ Any issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, missing amenities, or the overall condition of the property must be reported no later than midnight on the day of check-in. This allows us the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns during your stay.
→ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking may result in penalties of up to €800.
→ Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
→ Guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys throughout their stay. Charges may apply in the event of loss, damage, or lockout situations.
→ Extra linen/towels pack: €30 (includes towels and linen for 2 guests).
→ In the event of excessive dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee through the booking platform.
→ For security reasons, additional copies of the keys are not provided. In the event of lost keys or lockout, guests must notify us immediately. Any associated costs will be the guest's responsibility.
* €50 fee if keys are not returned according to the check-out instructions.
* €80 fee if keys are lost during the stay.
* Additional charges will apply if a locksmith service is required.

Guests enjoy the privacy of self check-in while benefiting from the support of our team. We are available before and during your stay to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any issues that may arise. The easiest way to reach us is through Airbnb messaging, although phone support is also available if needed.
• All guests must provide valid identification details (passport or ID card) before check-in, as required by Portuguese law.
• On the day of arrival, we will send a link to our digital Welcome Guide containing all check-in instructions and property information. Please ensure you have internet access on your mobile device upon arrival.
• The apartment operates on a self-check-in basis. The keys are stored securely in an on-site lockbox.
• It's a self-catered accommodation. Basic amenities are provided upon arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essential supplies. These items are offered as a courtesy and replenishments are not included during the stay.
• The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.
• Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests included in the reservation.
• Additional cleaning services, as well as linen and towel changes, can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee.
