The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no elevator. The building is well maintained and features a wide staircase, typical of the neighborhood's historic architecture.
→ Bedrooms:
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms.
The main bedroom is bright and spacious, featuring a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a small desk suitable for remote work.
The second bedroom includes a bunk bed and open storage space, making it ideal for children or additional guests.

The apartment has one modern bathroom with a bathtub.
→ Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay.

→ You will be staying in someone else's home, so please treat the property with care and respect.
→ Under Portuguese law, all guests are required to provide identification details for registration with the relevant authorities (AIMA). The online check-in form must be completed prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this legal requirement may result in refusal of check-in and/or cancellation of the reservation.
→ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking may result in penalties of up to €800.
→ In the event of excessive dirtiness or abnormal cleaning requirements after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee through the booking platform.
→ Should an in-person visit to the property be required at the guest's request, a call-out fee of €30 will apply.
→ Extra linen/towels pack: €35 (includes towels and linen for 2 guests).
→ For security reasons, additional copies of the keys are not provided.
→ We strongly recommend leaving the keys in the lockbox whenever leaving the property to avoid loss or lockout situations. In the event of lost keys or lockout, guests must notify us immediately. Any associated costs will be the guest's responsibility.
→ Any issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, missing amenities, or the overall condition of the property must be reported no later than midnight on the day of check-in. This allows us the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns during your stay.
Registered guests will have full and private access to the entire apartment.
Guests enjoy the privacy of self check-in while benefiting from the support of our local team. We are available before and during your stay to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any issues that may arise. The easiest way to reach us is through Airbnb messaging, although phone support is also available if needed.
* Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator.
* In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must provide valid identification details (passport or ID card) before check-in.
* Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
* This is a self-catered property. Basic amenities are provided upon arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essential supplies. These items are offered as a courtesy only, and replenishments are not included during the stay.
* The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each reservation.
* Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
* The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the final check-out cleaning only. Additional cleaning services or linen/towels changes can be arranged during your stay for an extra fee.
* During the stay, guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
**Lost Key Policy**
* €50 fee if keys are not returned according to the check-out instructions.
* €80 fee if keys are lost during the stay.
* Additional charges will apply if a locksmith service is required.
