✔ Under Portuguese law, it is mandatory to submit identification details for all guests to the relevant authorities (AIMA).
The online check-in form must be completed prior to arrival. Failure to comply may result in refusal of check-in and/or reservation cancellation.
✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Any evidence will result in penalties.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 07:00 AM.
✔ Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to access the property.
✔ Pets are not allowed.
✔ In case of excessive dirt after check-out, we reserve the right to apply an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it from the security deposit.
✔ If a visit to the property is required due to reasons attributable to the guest, a €40 fee will be charged.
✔ For security reasons, we do not provide additional copies of keys.
We recommend always leaving the key in the lockbox when leaving the property to avoid loss. In case of loss, you must inform us immediately. A locksmith will be required, and all associated costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
✔ Additional bed linen or towels are available upon request for a €30 fee (set for 2 people), subject to availability.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in penalties of up to €800 or immediate cancellation of the reservation.
Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed access to the property.
⏺︎ We only accept bookings from profiles with a real and clearly identifiable photo. Please ensure your account is fully updated.
⏺︎ Self check-in – please make sure to review the instructions sent on the day of your arrival.
⏺︎ Completion of the online check-in form prior to arrival is mandatory.
⏺︎ Check-in from 4:00 PM. Early arrivals are subject to availability and an additional fee (upon prior request).
⏺︎ Check-out until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and an additional fee (upon prior request).
⏺︎ Upon arrival, bedrooms will be prepared with bed linen and towels for each registered guest.
⏺︎ Shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap are provided. Other amenities (toilet paper, coffee capsules, tea, olive oil, salt, and pepper) are supplied in limited quantities for the start of your stay.
⏺︎ Any issues related to cleaning or amenities must be reported on the day of arrival.
⏺︎ There are outdoor security cameras covering the perimeter areas exclusively for safety purposes. There is no real-time monitoring and no cameras inside the property.
⏺︎ The garden gate does not have a key and is for maintenance team use only.
⏺︎ For stays longer than 2 weeks, you will be informed in advance of the pool and garden maintenance schedule (usually between 08:30 AM and 09:30 AM). Access is made from the exterior, and your presence is not required.
⏺︎ Homeful is not responsible for any belongings left behind after check-out.
For hygiene reasons, food and consumables are discarded and cannot be recovered.
⏺︎ The pool is private and for the exclusive use of registered guests.
Note: the pool is not heated.
⏺︎ Compliance with the house rules is mandatory.
