1 Bathroom La Petite Maison is a compact, comfortable, and well-equipped studio located on Calçada de Santana, right in the heart of Lisbon, just a few minutes’ walk from Rossio, Restauradores, and Avenida da Liberdade. The space is designed for practical and peaceful stays, combining simple, carefully curated décor with everything essential for a hassle-free experience. Ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a central base to explore the city.
The studio is located on the ground floor of a historic building and is laid out in a practical open-plan format. It offers:
A comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests
A kitchenette for simple meals, equipped with a fridge, microwave, capsule coffee machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, and basic kitchen utensils
A dining area for two
A bathroom with shower
Fast Wi-Fi and TV, heater, and ironing facilities
Bed linen and towels included
Functional, straightforward, and set up for a comfortable stay without unnecessary extras.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Rest period between 11pm and 7am.
Only guests confirmed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
In the event of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason for which the guest is responsible, a fee of €30 will be charged.
If you need to open a locked door with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith usually starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
For extra bed linen or towels, an additional fee of 30€ is required (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.
Guests registered for the reservation have full access to the entire space.

- The apartment is on the ground floor, but due to the steep stairs we don't recommend it for people with reduced mobility.
- Internet connection up to 200 mbps.
- In order to comply with our legal obligations, you must check in online before your arrival.
- Check-in takes place from 3pm. Early arrival is subject to availability and an additional fee.
- Check-out is until 11:00. Late check-out (until 13:00) is subject to availability. Please check in advance.
- On arrival, the apartment will be prepared with bed linen and towels for each guest and amenities such as shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper for the first day.
- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.
- Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this ad is mandatory.
