✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A €100 fee may be applied if this rule is violated.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment.
✔ Pets are permitted under agreement.
✔ In the case of excessive dirt or extreme mess after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee through the platform or deduct it directly from the security deposit.
✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment due to an issue caused by the guest, a €30 call-out fee will apply.
✔ For security reasons, we do not provide additional copies of the keys. We recommend leaving the key in the lockbox after each use to avoid misplacement. In case of a lost key, please inform us immediately. A locksmith will be required to open the door, and all associated costs will be the guest’s responsibility.
✔ If you require extra bedding or towels, an additional fee of €30 will apply (towels and bed linen for 2 people) – subject to availability.
Completing the Online Check-in before arrival is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Early arrivals are subject to availability.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and an additional fee.
Check-in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival, provided that the registration form has been correctly completed.
Upon arrival, the apartment will be prepared with bed linen and towels for each guest, as well as basic amenities such as shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper for the first day.
The windows are tilt-opening. If you have any difficulty using them, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Homeful is not responsible for personal belongings left in the property after check-out. If you request an item to be shipped, an additional fee may apply. For hygiene and safety reasons, our cleaning team removes all food, beverages and condiments after check-out, and these items cannot be returned.
