The space

Basilio Studio is on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator and offers the following facilities:

- Bedroom with 140x200 double bed and spacious closet.

- Modern bathroom with shower

- Small but functional kitchen equipped with fridge, induction hob and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils.

- Living room with window and balcony, dining table, comfortable new sofa, smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

- Bed sheets and towels, toiletries, tea and coffee for the first few days of your stay.

House rules

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Rest period between 11pm and 7am.

Only guests confirmed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

In the event of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.

If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason for which the guest is responsible, a fee of €30 will be charged.

If you need to open a locked door with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith usually starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).

For extra bed linen or towels, an additional fee of 30€ is required (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

Guest access

Guests registered for the reservation have full access to the entire space.

Other things to note

- The apartment is on the second floor, but due to the steep stairs we don't recommend it for people with reduced mobility.

- Internet connection up to 200 mbps.

- In order to comply with our legal obligations, you must check in online before your arrival.

- Check-in takes place from 3pm. Early arrival is subject to availability and an additional fee.

- Check-out is until 11:00. Late check-out (until 13:00) is subject to availability. Please check in advance.

- On arrival, the apartment will be prepared with bed linen and towels for each guest and amenities such as shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper for the first day.

- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.

- Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this ad is mandatory.
