The space

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a traditional building (no elevator) in Bairro Alto, a 5-minute walk from Praça Luis de Camões, the Baixa-Chiado metro, the famous Bica Elevator, and all the city's main attractions.

The apartment provides:

- WIFI with high speed, up to 300 mbps

- Bedroom with double bed (140x200)

- Living room with sofa bed, TV and small dining table.

- Kitchen equipped with: dining table, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, water boiler, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and all essential utensils.

- Bathroom with shower cubicle

- Electronic equipment available: air purifier, portable heater, portable fan, iron.

House rules

✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.

✔ Parties and events are not allowed.

✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.

✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.

✔ Pets are not allowed.

✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.

✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.

✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).

✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

- Internet connection up to 100 mbps.

- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.

- Check-out is until 11 a.m. Late check-out (until 1 p.m.) subject to availability. Please check in advance.

- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.

- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.

- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.

- Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this listing is mandatory.

Logement très bien situé au cœur de la vie nocturne de Lisbonne. La chambre est à l’arrière ce qui permet de s’isoler de l’activité nocturne intense. Beaucoup de petit restau à proximité, appartement très bien situé pour rayonner à pied dans Lisbonne

Our stay in this air BNB was absloutely perfect. The apartment has an amazing location on a very nice road in walkable distnace to everything in Lisbon. The apartmnet was easy to find and enter. It was super clean and had everything you could need inside for a short city break- there was tea, coffee, lots of cooking utensils. Thre was absloutley no fault with our stay and we would 100% reccomend this apartment to someone else. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful part of the world in this lovely apartment!

Really nice place, well equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. The one thing I would say is that it is very noisy in the living room. Luckily neither of us were sleeping in there but if you did it would be quite hard to sleep as it is on a very busy social road. Other than that the location was ideal, easy to get to wherever you needed. The only downside is the noise.
