House rules

✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.

✔ Parties and events are not allowed.

✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.

✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.

✔ Pets are not allowed.

✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.

✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.

✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).

✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.

We did have a good stay at this apartment. An electric heating was provided by the host as I totally missed that there is no heating or air con. It must be unbearable in the summer? The TV digital box needs upgrading. We couldn't get it working at all. The host sent a colleague who got it to work and changed it into English for us but it was not a straightforward process and our stay was a little disappointing because of this. The apartment is spotless but the noise of the train track outside the bedroom window did effect our sleep. For getting into the city centre, it was great. For a good night's rest, not so great.
