House rules

Some key rules for your stay :)

1. Keep the space clean and tidy. Avoid leaving the accommodation in a condition that requires extensive cleaning, avoiding extra costs upon check-out.

2. Respect check-in hour at 15:00 or later, and Check-out limit until 11:00.

3. If you cause any damage beyond normal wear and tear, inform us immediately.

4. Avoid making loud noises, especially during the night between 22:30 pm until 7:00 am, to not disturb neighbors.

5. The apartment does not allows Pets

6. Smoking is completely forbidden inside the apartment.

7. People not registered are not allowed to visit the apartment

Other things to note

• If you're bringing a car, note that the apartment does not provide private parking/garage. Street parking is paid in almost every place in Lisbon.

• Self check-in. The keys will be available in a lockbox next to the building entrance.

• The apartment provides hygiene amenities sufficient for 3 nights only.

• Linen and towels set will be provided.

• Extra cleaning should be requested in advance includes linen and towels. Same cost of the cleaning fee.

• Internet up to 200mbps.

• The tram line is right behind the building.
