Welcome to the Garden Studio, a quiet and very cosy space. Ideally located 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the centre of Lisbon. This modern and well-equipped space is perfect for travellers looking for a unique and memorable experience, whether for short or longer periods.

The space

Enjoy an open-plan design that combines the living room, bedroom and kitchen in a bright space full of natural light.

- The bed is very comfortable, queen size (1m40x200m) with cotton bed linen, pillows and their protectors.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and kitchen utensils.

- The bathroom includes a hot shower, towels and essential toiletries.

- Laundry area with washing machine, removable clothesline and storage area.

- Connectivity: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

- A heater is available.

We are always available between 9AM and 11PM.

Other things to note

City Tax amount is not included in the price and it will be charged before your check-in.
- Lisbon 4€ per person/per night (Lisbon) and 2€ per person/per night
- Outside Lisbon 2€ per person/per night (Lisbon) and 2€ per person/per night

Security Deposit payment is mandatory for all reservations and will be refunded in the event of any damage or loss that has not been recorded during the stay.

- Flexible check-in from 3pm, with a lockbox to facilitate your arrival and departure. For early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and an additional fee.

- On arrival, the studio will be prepared with bed linen and towels and amenities for the first few days of your stay. Extra linen and towels are provided on request and at an additional cost.

- Extra cleaning includes towels and bed linen, on request and at an additional cost (the same amount as the cleaning fee).

- We provide personalised recommendations so you can make the most of your stay.

- We are available every day of the week for any questions or needs you may have during your stay!

Gostei imenso , o quarto tem de facto o precisamos , muito acolhedor , muito limpo a cama muito confortável , escuta se um pouco de portas a bater por volta das 5 da manhã , no shower deveriam colocar uma curtina mais comprida , pois a água sai para fora , foi um pouco chato cada vez que tomava banho tinha que passar a esfregona , quando cheguei ao edifício as 15:00 para entrar na casa foi um pouco chato porque não tinha recebido a mensagem para levantar as chaves ou seija o código , não tinha como contactar homeful homes, mas um senhor muito gentil me deixou usar o telefone dele do qual liguei para agência do qual me pediram desculpas e me disseram que não sabem o porquê de a mensagem não ter sido enviada e me enviaram o código a senhora foi muito simpática que falou comigo ao telefone , recomendo o espaço vivamente , obrigado
