The space

This lovely studio of 40 m² can comfortably accommodate 3 people traveling together!

It is comprised of the following:

-A comfortable queen-sized bed in the mezzanine, with quality linen included!

- A single sofa bed placed in the leaving room;

-A bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, hair dryer. Towels, toilet paper, and amenities for the first night are provided for your convenience.

-An equipped kitchenette with all the essentials to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal during your stay like microwave, electric cooker, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, kitchen appliances, etc.

- A small sitting area with a sofa, TV, and a dining area for 3.

- Cosy and private terrace with outdoor furniture

The neighbourhood

Campolide neighborhood has fantastic connections to the rest of the city. With both local groceries stores and the big shopping centre Amoreiras, you can get everything you need. Although this is a quiet neighborhood, there is traffic passing here in the rush hours, mostly coming from the city centre. Although Campolide is not connected to the metro grid, it has various bus routes. The neighbourhoood is a top choice for students attending NOVA University!

Other things to note

You are required to sign a lease agreement after booking this property and to pay a security deposit which is full refunded if no damages are registered.

For monthly stays of 28 nights or more, water and electricity expenses are covered up to 70 euros. Any amount above is guest responsibility, who undertakes to pay the excess amount.
