Located in Campolide, within walking distance of many of Lisbon's main attractions, you'll find this restored building made up of 10 independent apartments, decorated in a minimalist style and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The space

This lovely studio can comfortably accommodate 2 people traveling together!

It is comprised of the following:

-A comfortable queen-sized bed in the mezzanine, with quality linen included!

-A bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, hair dryer. Towels, toilet paper, and amenities for the first night are provided for your convenience.

-An equipped kitchenette with all the essentials you may require to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal during your stay like a microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen appliances, etc.

- A cosy sitting area with a sofa, TV, and a dining area for 2.

House rules

✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability. Feel free to bring yours if it's a long term reservation.

✔ Extra cleaning: Same price of a cleaning fee.

✔ There is tolerance zero for smoking inside the apartment. Upon check-out there is a smell or any evidence of cigarettes or any similar substance, we reserve the right to deduct up to €100.

✔ Pets are not allowed

✔ Parties and events are not allowed.

✔ Rest period between 11PM and 8AM excessive noise is not allowed.

✔ In cases of extreme dirtiness after check out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee

Other things to note

• You are required to sign a lease agreement after booking this property and to pay a security deposit upon arrival, which is full refunded if no damages are registered.

• For monthly stays of 28 nights or more, water and electricity expenses are covered up to 70 euros. Any amount above is guest responsibility, who undertakes to pay the excess amount.

• Keys are placed in lockbox so you can arrive at any time after 3pm.

• Upon arrival the apartment will be already prepared with linen and towels for each guest.

• Hotel amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper, for the first day.
