The space

The studio is located on the second floor of a medieval building with no elevator, and offers the following facilities:

→ Small bedroom w/ 140x200 bed, back window and air conditioning and small built-in closet.

→ Small bathroom with shower

→ Kitchen with appliances such as fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine, water boiler, washing machine.

→ Open-space living room with window and small sofa.

→ WIFI available up to 100 mbps

House rules

✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.

✔ Parties and events are not allowed.

✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.

✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.

✔ Pets are not allowed.

✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.

✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.

✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).

✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

We are available to assist you every day between 9 am e as 23 pm.

Other things to note

- Internet connection up to 100 mbps.

- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.

- Check-in is from 3pm. Early arrival subject to availability.

- Check-out is until 11 a.m. Late check-out (until 1 p.m.) subject to availability. Please check in advance.

- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.

- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.

- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.

- Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this listing is mandatory.

Buena ubicación, coincide con las fotos y está bastante nuevo. Como puntos a mejorar: la cocina no tiene absolutamente ni un condimento (sal, aceite, especias…) por lo que cocinar se complica sin hacer una gran compra y había cierto olor a humedad permanentemente. Pero en general muy recomendable por la ubicación. Zona absolutamente gentrificada, pero qué le vamos a hacer…

It was a very good stay. The location is in a square near Portas do Sol Square. It took 30 minutes by bolt from the airport, and it cost less than 10€. It is close to the Tram 28 stop. Very quiet. The building is old, but the inside has been renovated well. The stone walls, wooden beams, and wooden doors create a nice atmosphere. The layout is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and it is spacious enough. Plenty of hot water from the shower. Comfortable bed. In general, it can be said the room is equivalent to a 3star hotel. The host's responses were quick and polite. If I return to Lisbon again, I would stay here. I hope the price does not go up. Note: ・No TV ・You have to go down a long slope to San Pedro Street, where restaurants are concentrated. ・There was a review that there was a sewage smell, but it has been improved now. But there is still some smell. Probably the smell of an old building. I got used to it soon. All in all, It wasn't a big issue to me.

Really lovely place to stay- in 'old' historic Lisbon- very central. The hosts were fantastic at communicating, and the property was very clean. shower was good too! We recommend downloading 'uber' as they will drop you very close to the property, or using the local tram (only a street away) We would stay here again

Great location, close to trams, restaurants, bars. Quiet at the same time. The apartment perfect stylish, well equipped. Highly recommended.

Piso bonito y la ubicación es buena Tiene humedades y huele ,el techo del baño tiene moho, hay un dehumificador pero no soluciona el problema del olor , y cuando abres algún armario de la cocina que da a la pared peor . Creo que es único piso al que no volvería
