The space

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a residential building, with an elevator. Guests can expect:

⭢ BEDROOM 2: King size bed, wardrobe, work space and A/C. Large window for the terrace.

⭢ BEDROOM 3: King size bed, drawers, work space, and A/C;

⭢ BEDROOM 4: King size bed, wardrobe, crib, and A/C. View for the street.

⭢ BEDROOM 5: Single bed (that turns into a double bed) with wardrobe, work space and A/C. View for the street.

⭢ LIVING ROOM : Spacious with dining table, A/C , TV and large window that guarantee unique natural light and access to the pátio;

⭢ KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all you need to prepare your meals;

⭢ 2 BATHROOM w/ standing shower;

⭢ A/C and Heaters available, in the bedrooms and living room;

House rules

✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.

✔ Parties and events are not allowed.

✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.

✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.

✔ Pets are not allowed.

✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.

✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.

✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).

✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

Other things to note

- Internet connection up to 100 mbps.

- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.

- Check-in is from 4pm. Early arrival subject to availability.

- Check-out is until 10 a.m. Late check-out (until 12 p.m.) subject to availability. Please check in advance.

- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.

- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.

- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.

5 napot töltöttünk a szálláshelyen barátokkal. Tetszett, hogy volt 5 hálószoba és 3 fürdőszoba., így 9- en nagyon kényelmesen elfértünk. Különösen örültünk a nagy nappalinak, ahol közösen tudtunk reggelizni, beszélgetni. A konyha és a fürdők teljesen felszereltek voltak. A környék pár perc sétára van a metrótól és a boltoktól. A szállásadóval a levelezés egyszerű volt, gyorsan válaszolt Ha erre járunk újra, akkor biztos újra itt szállunk meg!

The apartment is very large and pleasant with four spacious bedrooms, well furnished with a kitchen well equipped. The location is very good as being just a five minutes’ walk from the Arroyos metro stop, it is convenient and easy to reach the various sites of tourist interest. Furthermore, being in a side street, the apartment is also very quiet. We also appreciated the level of communication with Homeful Homes staff who were always quick to respond and ready to provide the right support. Our stay was pleasant and our opinion is very positive. A solution suitable for everyone and especially for families with children like us A good and recommended solution for visiting the splendid Lisbon!!
