From the apartment some of the monuments are a few minutes walking distance such as São Vicente de Fora monastery, National Pantheon, São Jorge Castle, Graça Church and the famous Flea Market. The apartment has been renovated and it's very cozy, with a comfortable atmosphere, situated in a quiet street but near the main attractions. You will love it !

- Lisbon7apt is a very charming apartment in one of the most charismatic neighborhoods of Lisbon.
- It’s in the ground floor so no need to climb lots of steps! Its located in a quiet street but a minute walking from Graça square (don’t worry, the bedroom is located in the opposite side of the entrance so you will have a quiet night). Here you have everything you will need for a great holiday in Lisbon!
- The house has around 55 sqm with wood floor, free WIFI in all areas, cable TV, - Large living room with 1 sofa bed (accommodates 2 people):
- Complete kitchen with appliances such as washing/dryer machine, fridge, cooker, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle.
- Bathroom with standing shower cabin
- Bedroom with a big wardrobe and a very comfortable queen size bed and a small attached covered area ( around 4 sqm) so that you can have your breakfast or dinner comfortably.
And because we want our guests to have an amazing and safe stay, we installed an air purifier device with HEPA filters to ensure a clean air in the apartment. You will love it ! Have a great stay and enjoy Lisbon :)
Graça district is one of Lisbon oldest suburbs and one of its most charismatic neighborhoods which centers around Largo da Graça (the famous Tram 28 stops here) with some of the most spectacular views in Lisbon.
Graça commands a glorious panorama of the Portuguese capital as such a number of “miradouros” (viewpoints) can be found dotted around the area.
The most famous viewpoint is Miradouro da Graça, from here the castle, the river and the whole downtown Lisbon are clearly framed and the scene makes for a wonderful photograph. From our apartment some of the monuments are a few minutes walking distance such as São Vicente de Fora monastery, the National Pantheon, São Jorge Castle, Graça Church and the famous Flea Market.
The shopping is inexpensive and there are several excellent cafes and typical Portuguese restaurants along the main road and some of them also tucked away in the narrow back streets...
✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.
✔ Pets are not allowed.
✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.
✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

- Please note this property has a sofa bed, however the bed sheets for it will only be available by request prior to your check in. If you want to use the sofa bed, let us know when you place the reservation. If you request for it, after the check in there will be a fee applied.
- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.
- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.
- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.
- Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this listing is mandatory.

February 2025This was the second time I booked the place and I am afraid it was not like the first time I visit it. I had issues with the lock of the front door. I informed the company that are taking care of the place and they said to me that I have to play around with the key until it opens. After few times staying in front of the door for several minutes and worried that I might stay in the street in the night, I bought the product that was needed to fix the lock. At least now I know that thanks to me the rest of the guests will be able to turn the key and enter without a problem. The kitchen was missing a tray to put in the oven, I had I lay the big oven tray that comes with the proper oven. One of the casseroles was missing the lid. As well, I informed the responsible about that and that it was missing a cloth to dry the kitchen services but I was suggested to go and buy a tray for the oven and then get reimbursed and not given a solution for the missing cloth in the kitchen.

September 2024Great location and near beautiful viewing spots!! Near some lovely cafes and brunch spots. A spacious apartment with a good kitchen and bathroom. Other than the one window built into the entrance door there are no other windows, so missing much natural outdoor lighting, however the apartment has great indoor lighting.

Bon contact avec eux, sont réactifs. Il fait un peu chaud dans le logement mais présence de ventilateurs. Bon emplacement , on peut rejoindre la ligne verte du métro assez rapidement. Environnement calme.

May 2022For me, two of the most important things for a good stay are a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. You absolutely have both of those things here. In fact, the large, thick towels are probably the best I've experienced outside of a 5 star hotel. The location is a quiet street in Graca (though the quiet is frequently interrupted by a neighbor's barking dog), convenient to many things. I do have some minor criticisms. With just a little more care and attention to detail the place could be near perfect. There are a lot of gleaming surfaces, particularly in the bathroom, but in several places when you look a little closer there are cracks, sometimes literally (the pieces of wood separating the kitchen from the living room). There are a couple of places where things have been left on the walls, seemingly from something used to be there, like velcro and what looks like glue. None of these things kept me from enjoying my time here, but fixing these things could lift this place up a notch and better justify the price.

May 2022Very nice apartment to stay in, clean and well kept. It's close to the tram line and walking distance to cafes, a small grocery store, and restaurants. Also, we felt completely safe walking around the area. The only miscommunication was with not having extra bedding for the sofa bed. Just make sure to let them know if you want to use the sofa bed prior to arriving. Overall, it's a good value and nice place to rest after exploring the city all day.

June 2022Die Wohnung von Ricardo ist sehr schön und bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Bett war gemütlich, der Abzug im Bad hat gut funktioniert und der dauerhaft laufende Lufterfrischer war wirklich sinnvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es waren nur wenige Meter zur Straßenbahn 28, einer Bushaltestelle, zwei kleinen Supermärkten und einer Vielzahl an Restaurants. Achtung: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr steilen Straße. Das war für uns kein Problem, aber für Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen schwierig...

January 2023All very good and professional service. Clean, and exactly as described. EXCELLENT WiFi. 500MB, never failed. Good amenities. It lacked natural light, which can be bad for a long stay, but that’s my only complaint. The outside bit is covered, and only good for hanging clothes. Great location.

Ricardo a été très réactif, à l'écoute et arrangeant, merci pour ces échanges. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours, nous recommandons.

Lo único que si me parece importante de mejorar son las almohadas. En cualquier caso, muy contentos por vivir la experiencia.

December 2023El apartamento es muy cómodo, amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía placentera. No es muy luminoso, pero está cuidado en detalle para optimizar todo lo que tiene. Un gran punto a favor (y difícil de encontrar) es que posee una lavadora con secadora de ropa, algo imprescindible en la etapa invernal en Lisboa (donde la ropa se seca en 4 o 5 días luego de estar colgada). El alojamiento se encuentra a 100 metros de la calle principal del barrio de Graça donde se pueden encontrar supermercados, negocios, restaurantes, bares, vida nocturna y un mirador panorámico. Quienes gestionan el alojamiento respondieron muy rápido y eficientemente a todas las consultas. Volvería.

February 2024Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement était conforme à nos attentes, bien équipé, propre et bien décoré. Malgré que l'appartement soit au rez-de-chaussée, la chambre est située de l'autre côté de la rue et donc très calme. Le tram 28 étant à proximité, cela facilite les déplacements !

March 2024Unfortunately, check-in didn't go entirely smoothly. The stated check-in time was about 15:00, but by this time the apartments were not cleaned and we had to wait until about 16:00 while the cleaning lady cleaned the apartments. It all happened in front of us and not in the best way as she was in a hurry. Also, we were not provided with a basic cooking kit (salt, pepper, oil). It is worth saying that the owner quickly responded and apologized, but unfortunately did not provide anything. You should also consider that the apartment is very humid and smells damp because the apartment is on the first floor and the sun does not get there. The apartment is quite cold in winter, but there is a portable heater and we did not feel uncomfortable at night. Apart from the above, our stay was quite comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality.

March 2024Excellent location and you get in directly from the street, no stairs. Seamless check-in and quick response from host. Bring ear plugs if you plan on sleeping on the sofa bed as it's close to street and there can be car noise.

May 2024Slightly outside of the Alfama district close to lots of reasonably priced, tasty restaurants and bars. Host responded to messages super fast and was clear with check in and out instructions. Apartment was as described with a well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and powerful shower! The only small downsides which overall didn’t detract from our stay was the musky smell others have commented on was present when we arrived but we just opened the windows. I’m being very picky overall it was a good apartment and we would stay again. Thank you
