The house is located in the center of Costa de Caparica, approximately 20 minutes away from Lisbon, where you will find many stores, supermarkets, pastry stores and restaurants. The best surfing beaches are just a 300m walk away. For those with a car, parking is free during the low season (Nov-Mar) and paid during the high season (Apr-Sep).

To complete the experience, Costa INN Beach House offers a private swimming pool, the icing on the cake! Ideal for moments of leisure and relaxation, the pool area is a real oasis that allows you to cool off on hot days and enjoy the sun in a peaceful and private setting, to the sound of birds!

✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.
✔ Pets are not allowed.
✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.
✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.
✔ Tanning oils and creams are not allowed in the pool as they are not compatible with the disinfectant products used to treat the water.

- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.
- Check-in is from 4pm. Early arrival subject to availability.
- Check-out is until 10 a.m. Late check-out (until 12 p.m.) subject to availability. Please check in advance.
- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.
- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.
- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.
- Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this listing is mandatory.
- Remember that this is a ground floor house, close to the beach, with a patio and garden, so there may be insects and and similar, especially in the warmer seasons. Keep the areas clean during your stay.
- The pool is illuminated at night. The deepest part is 1.20m. Pay extra attention to children and babies!

September 2024What a home! We loved the set up of the home, amazing location near the beach and beautiful front yard and pool. This home felt like a home away from home and elevated our experience of Portugal. Yes you hear the dogs in the neighbourhood but that’s not the fault of the host. You sort of get used to it over time The host was also super helpful with recommending a service to store our luggage. Highly recommend!
