The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a renovated but traditional building, without an elevator. Guests can expect:
⭢ LIVING ROOM : Very spacious, with 3 large windows that guarantee unique natural light, furnished with a great sofa and dining table.
⭢ KITCHEN: Open-space with island is equipped with washing/dryer machine, fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave and lots of storage. Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and all the essential utensils for cooking are also available.
⭢ BEDROOM 1: with a 160x200 bed, equipped with A/C and heater, large window with electric blinds, and spacious wardrobe
⭢ BEDROOM 2: with a 180x200 bed, equipped with TV, A/C and heater, large window with electric blinds, and spacious wardrobe.
⭢ BATHROOM equipped with large standing shower.
⭢ A/C and Heaters available, in the bedrooms and living room.
⭢ A smart TV ( 56' ) with free NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO.
The neighborhood of São Vicente sits high above rooftops with fantastic lookouts over Lisbon. The area is peppered with tradition, from famous Portuguese tiles to rugged cobblestone streets. The neighborhood is very quaint, which has put São Vicente on the tourist map.
This has lead to the development of commercialism and restaurants in this neighborhood. Public transportation in São Vicente is equipped with a train station, and access to the blue metro line. Popular sub-neighborhood is Graça.
✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.
✔ Pets are not allowed.
✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.
✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

- Check-in is from 3pm. Early arrival subject to availability.

- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.
- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.
- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.
- This apartment is equipped with a smart lock, so no keys are necessary, however they are provided as well.

March 2025The apartment was in a great location - easy to walk to local grocery stores and restaurants. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Beautiful place, comfortable beds and I would stay again!

October 2024Very good experience . The place far exceeded our expectation. High end appliances, very comfortable beds & well laid out unit. Very good customer service ~ any questions or suggestions for dining ect. Were promptly answered . We walked to the heart down town in 20 minutes . That neighborhood had a lot to offer as well . Highly recommend this place .

September 2024This is a wonderful apartment with water views from the dining and living rooms. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is gorgeous. We felt super safe here and found a restaurant around the corner that the host recommended that we loved. There were small grocery stores nearby and the bus ran near the apartment, but the area, like much of Lisbon, is hilly. Bring your walking shoes!

May 2024I visited Lisbon with my mom and this apartment was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Some days we didn’t even want to leave the apartment to explore. It was so clean, comfortable, and just a great place to stay. It was easy to get into and very safe. Only two things to note: it’s on the second floor with no elevator so not too bad but just be mindful of that, and it’s a little further from some of the center of Lisbon but a quick and easy Uber there. Would definitely stay here again.

July 2024Die Wohnung ist super schön, modern und sauber. Die Kommunikation per Chat war immer sehr gut und schnell. Am ersten Tag funktionierten Lichter in der Wohnung nicht. Wir haben dem Gastgeber das Problem mitgeteilt und am nächsten Tag stand schon ein Elektriker vor der Tür, der das Problem gelöst hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren positiv überrascht. Die U-bahn kann man zu Fuss in ca. 15min erreichen und von dort aus schnell in die Stadt gelangen. Wir waren auch oft mit Uber unterwegs was sehr praktisch und günstig war. Kurz zusammen gefasst: Super Apartment & gute und freundliche Gastgeber/innen :))

August 2024This airbnb is located in a lovely part of Lisbon, out of the way and yet loads of things are walkable from there. Me and my two friends had a wonderful stay as the host was very responsive and helpful when we had problems. The apartment was lovely with amazing views and we felt very safe. Would definitely come again!
