The studio is located on the second floor of a medieval building with no elevator and offers the following facilities:
→ Bedroom with 140x200 bed, window and air conditioning and small built-in closet.
→ Bathroom with shower cubicle
→ Kitchen with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, water boiler, washing machine
→ Open-space living room with window and small sofa.
→ WIFI available up to 100 mbps
The studio is located at the top of the Alfama district, next to the São Jorge castle. It's a tourist district with all the services and transport close by. There are several restaurants, viewpoints and typical grocery stores around.
✔ It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.
✔ Requests for cribs or high chairs must be placed before the check in. The price is 40€ for both items if requested in advance - subject to availability.
✔ Extra cleaning: Same price of a cleaning fee.
✔ There is tolerance zero for smoking inside the apartment. Upon check-out there is a smell or any evidence of cigarettes or any similar substance, we reserve the right to deduct up to €100.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11PM and 7AM excessive noise is not allowed.
✔ In cases of extreme dirtiness after check out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If it is necessary for a member of our team to go to the apartment for any reason for which the guest is responsible, this will be charged at a rate of 30€.
✔ If you need to open a door that has been locked with the keys in the lock, the price of a locksmith normally starts at 95€ (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
• Internet connection up to 100 mbps.
• Please note there is no TV at the moment.
• You can arrive at any time after 3pm.
• It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.
• Upon arrival the apartment will be already prepared with linen and towels for each guest.
• Hotel amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper, for the first few days.
