Very bright, it offers you a quiet location overlooking a pedestrian street, where you can enjoy the view from the 2 balconies. The apartment is spacious and provides:
✔ Kitchen (induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine)
✔ Living room with a convertible sofa in which you can relax (up to 1 guest)
✔ Bedroom with a double bed plus a dressing room
✔ Bathroom with an XXL shower.
Although it's ideal for two, the accommodation can accommodate up to 3 guests. Preferably 1 children.
Small advantage: you can access the alley directly from an elevator (Miradouro Santa Luzia).
The National Pantheon the most beautiful baroque monument in Lisbon is located a few steps. Built in the 16th century, as the church of "Santa Engrácia" houses the tombs of some notable Portuguese people, who spread the country's name throughout the world. In total there are 19 tombs present, but only 12 personalities are actually buried there.
✔ It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.
✔ Please note this property has a sofa bed, however the bed sheets for it will only be available by request prior to your check in. If you want to use the sofa bed, let us know when you place the reservation. If you request for it, after the check in there will be a fee applied.
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.
✔ Requests for cribs or high chairs must be placed before the check in. The price is 40€ for both items if requested in advance - subject to availability.
✔ Extra cleaning: Same price of a cleaning fee.
✔ There is tolerance zero for smoking inside the apartment. Upon check-out there is a smell or any evidence of cigarettes or any similar substance, we reserve the right to deduct up to €100.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11PM and 7AM excessive noise is not allowed.
✔ In cases of extreme dirtiness after check out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If it is necessary for a member of our team to go to the apartment for any reason for which the guest is responsible, this will be charged at a rate of 30€.
✔ If you need to open a door that has been locked with the keys in the lock, the price of a locksmith normally starts at 95€ (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
The guests will have access to the whole apartment.
