House rules

✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.

✔ Parties and events are not allowed.

✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.

✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.

✔ Pets are not allowed.

✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.

✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.

✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).

✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

- Internet connection up to 200 mbps.

- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.

- Check-in is from 3pm. Early arrival subject to availability.

- Check-out is until 11 a.m. Late check-out (until 1 p.m.) subject to availability. Please check in advance.

- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.

- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.

- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.

Stylish apartment in the old city district. This flat has everything you may need. Grocery store is in few steps. Host was very helpful and communicative.

Apartments are very good and clean. Location is not very pleasant but it is right in the center of the city. Shower head requires to be fixed. Generally it is very good place to stay in Lisbon. Thanks

Overall, the apartment was accurately described, clean, and well-equipped for a long-term stay. We enjoyed the views from our windows and appreciated its central location. However, the narrow stairs connecting to the Main Street of Rua de Palma felt a bit dodgy, with lots of men standing around outside, making it uncomfortable to walk alone at night. Additionally, it can get loud at night, with the thin bedroom ceiling meaning we were often disturbed by footsteps and voices from above. If this could be an issue for you, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. Despite these issues, the hosts were very warm, friendly, and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns we had.

SAFETY The stairs (the fastest way up from the main road), as mentioned in other reviews, are bad enough I only went up them once at night and I regretted that because people followed me and were touching my arm trying to talk to me. Obviously this is not a fault of this apartment, so I haven't taken off one star for this. It is just important information to be aware of if you are travelling alone. I'm certainly not a pearl clutcher but it was unsafe. The good side is I think how unsafe the area is, is why this place was so cheap. CLEANING You clean the apartment yourself (which is a normal situation), but lots of cleaning supplies were missing. Like there was a sponge and dishwashing liquid, and a vacuum. But nothing for cleaning the bathroom for example. Only the bare minimum for a few days of supplies are left, so toilet paper, and some dishwasher tablets. In my experience this is not normal for a month long stay. No spare sheets so you need to wash & dry them in the same day.
