Penha de França neighborhood is a melting pot of cultures. Here, you'll be able to experience a true global experience, thanks to all of the shops and restaurants its diverse community provide Penha de França with. Located on one of Lisbon's many hills, the neighbourhood has several miradouros you can admire the city's views from. The area is located quite close to the city centre so you can walk there, take a bus, or hop on the metro at the Arroios, Anjos or Intendente stations.
✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.
✔ Pets are not allowed.
✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.
✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.
- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.
- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.

November 2024Honnêtement, nous avons était surpris avec notre toute était à disposition pour passer un bon séjour à Lisbonne. Assez d’équipement pour bien manger, nous laver et bien dormi L’emplacement de l’Airbnb est plutôt pas mal, accessible à pied sans problème et aucun problème dans le quartier Il y a un magasin et pas mal de restaurants disponibles aux alentours proches. Le système de remise des clés avec une boîte à clé et plutôt qualitatif et nous a permis d’arriver à l’heure qu’on voulait Je recommande vivement cette AirBnb pour celle est ceux qui voudront passer un bon moment à Lisbonne Merci à eux ahah

October 2024Petit appartement mais suffisant pour un séjour de courte durée. Petits plus appréciables, le patio et les deux salles de bain. Appartement situé sur les hauteurs proche de points de vues sur la ville de Lisbonne, permet une visite à pied dans le sens de la descente. Néanmoins prévoyez de bonnes chaussures.

April 2024We spent four nights in the Apartment, which was cozy and fit for our purposes. The apartment is well-positioned to explore the city and the check-in/check-out activities have been smooth and easy to complete. Albeit we noticed certain areas of improvement (in particular, as concerns the sofa in the living room and the pillows), we generally had a good experience and would recommend the apartment and the host.

June 2024The apartment had everything we needed and it was great to sit outside when the sun was shining. The only downsides were that neither of the bathroom taps worked and one shower leaked but we didn’t find this too much of a problem. It is also slightly further out but this is okay if you don’t mind a walk!

June 2024Lovely place, smaller than expected but as we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in it, it was manageable. The two bathrooms were a surprise and we had one each which is always a fun change. Bathroom amenities and loo roll was enough for our stay. Outside area was nice to relax in but don’t expect any views and lots of other apartments around you can see. Would of loved a full length mirror in the place as only the two head height mirrors in the bathroom. The one table between the bed and wardrobe you had to move to get access to the wardrobe. Loved that it was in a gated community and felt secure. Sometimes the gate was left open but think that was down to the cafe next to the place. Easy to get Ubers into the city. Not a lot around the area in the sense of viewing as more of a residential area Thank you for having us!

August 2024Super séjour, appartement bien aménagé, un petit plus ajouté par les 2 salles de bains et le balcon, malgré son vis-à-vis. Recommande 100% pour un séjour de quelques nuits à lisbonne !
