Penha de França neighborhood is a melting pot of cultures. Here, you'll be able to experience a true global experience, thanks to all of the shops and restaurants its diverse community provide Penha de França with. Located on one of Lisbon's many hills, the neighbourhood has several miradouros you can admire the city's views from. The area is located quite close to the city centre so you can walk there, take a bus, or hop on the metro at the Arroios, Anjos or Intendente stations.
✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.
✔ Pets are not allowed.
✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.
✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.
- Check-in is from 3pm. Early arrival subject to availability.
- Check-out is until 11 a.m. Late check-out (until 1 p.m.) subject to availability. Please check in advance.
- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.
- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.
- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.
- Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this listing is mandatory.

September 2024Overall, the stay was positive. The place is spacious and equipped with everything. The only problems are the floor which is really too weak and you can hear everything from the flat above and in the bathrooms the sink doesn't drain the water properly. Otherwise everything was fine.

August 2024The location of this stay was perfect for us - we loved the courtyard outside and found it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. Unfortunately on the evening we wanted to cook, the microwave and appliances weren’t working due to an electrical fault which was frustrating but we walked across to the shop opposite who were happy to help us! I would say that it was a lovely stay all in all and good for a place to rest your head at night. Thank you!

May 2024Alles in allem sehr süßes kleines Apartment. Ich hätte mir vielleicht Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und gelengentlich Oropax gewünscht, aber das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau :)

May 2024A propriedade é muito bem pensada e garante um bom espaço para um casal em viagem. Tem uma excelente copa, uma boa cama de casal, dois banheiros, sala, e varanda. O apartamento é limpo e a vila em si é muito organizada. Os dois únicos pontos menos interessantes são: localização e barulhos vindos do vizinho acima. A região de Penha de França não é tão interessante e, claro, isso não é culpa da propriedade. Apenas não esperem tantos atrativos por lá e tenham consciência que haverá necessidade diária de deslocamentos. O que eu diria que foi a pior situação foi com relação aos vizinhos de cima. Nos pareceu que a todo momento estavam movendo móveis, arrastando pela sala e causando horas de barulho. Minha sugestão seria a instalação de algum isolamento acústico, pois o barulho realmente incomoda. Por fim, entendo que é uma boa propriedade para quem tenha a disponibilidade de se deslocar para os locais interessantes da cidade.

May 2024Had a lovely 3 night stay in this accommodation. I wanted a quiet place to stay with a walkable distance to the centre which is exactly what this location provided. Nice cafes and restaurants around the area and a supermarket a few doors down from the accommodation which was very handy. I would recommend staying with homeful homes!

May 2024The apartment is perfect distance from the city centre and if you’re walkers (like us) it’s around 2 hours from Belém. Apartment was perfect :) noisy at times but the upstairs neighbour has kids which is totally understandable but quiet 99% of the time. Supermarket was 20 meter walk and one restaurant next door was amazing. Would definitely stay again if in Lisbon.

June 2024Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön, etwas klein, aber für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Schön war zudem, dass es 2 Bäder gibt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, wenn man nichts gegen einen längeren Spaziergang hat :) Nachts ist es ruhig und das Bett ist auch sehr gemütlich. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren ein paar Basics zum Spülen. Weder ein Schwamm/Lappen noch ein Trockentuch waren vorhanden. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

August 2024Great location, lovely patio, felt very secure behind a gate. Had everything you might need, except perhaps an instructions guide for the place and surroundings (e.g. information like which coffee pods to buy for the coffee machine). In a couple of spots the floor felt a bit uneven as if there were some cavities underneath the floorboards. But apart from that, the apartment and our stay there was great.
