The space

The apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift of a typical building in the area. We have chosen simplicity for the decor, which gives the feeling of being at home.

Travelers will have all the necessary basic comfort in their accommodation. Comfortable bedroom, WC with big shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and lounge and an exterior Patio were you can have meals and enjoy a drink >> free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

-> Bathroom with standing shower equipped with hairdryer and electric towel dryer.

PATIO:
- >Very welcoming and well-maintained patio, typically decorated with natural plants. You can take advantage of the space to have delicious meals or simply drink a glass of wine while reading a book. Note that aeroplains pass by during the day but this is common to all CAMPO DE OURIQUE area.

The neighbourhood

Campo de Ourique is a neighborhood that lives its own life in the heart of Lisbon. This middle class and privileged residential area has a great shopping tradition and is considered to be one of the areas of the city where one enjoys a very good quality of life.

Here it is normal to see people greeting each other, families walking and shopping. Politicians, artists and journalists choose Campo de Ourique to live and socialize. Located between Amoreiras, Estrela and Prazeres, Campo de Ourique was not part of central Lisbon until the 18th century.

Campo de Ourique market, built over eighty years ago, and which has just been renovated, modernized and even revitalized with the installation of small modern restaurant-like kiosks, “tasquinhas”.

The two trams, the 25 (Campo de Ourique/ Praça do Comércio) and the 28 (Campo de Ourique /Martim Moniz ) make getting around easier and give this area a certain charm.

To better feel the family atmosphere of this neighborhood, take a tour of the oldest cafes: “A Tentadora” (Rua Ferreira Borges nº 1) , “O Canas” (Rua Saraiva Carvalho nº 145 A / B) and the historical bar “Procópio Bar” (Alto de S. Francisco, 21 A - à Rua João Penha) only at night.

For wine lovers, there is the paradise “A Garrafeira de Campo de Ourique” (Rua Tomás Anunciação nº 29 A).

✔ It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.

✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

✔ Requests for cribs or high chairs must be placed before the check in. The price is 40€ for both items if requested in advance - subject to availability.

✔ Extra cleaning: Same price of a cleaning fee.

✔ There is tolerance zero for smoking inside the apartment. Upon check-out there is a smell or any evidence of cigarettes or any similar substance, we reserve the right to deduct up to €50.

✔ Parties and events are not allowed.

✔ Rest period between 11PM and 8AM excessive noise is not allowed.

✔ In cases of extreme dirtiness after check out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.

✔ If it is necessary for a member of our team to go to the apartment for any reason for which the guest is responsible, this will be charged at a rate of 30€.

✔ If you need to open a door that has been locked with the keys in the lock, the price of a locksmith normally starts at 95€ (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
