You'll be just a few meters from the cooler and trendy areas of the city. You'll smell the wonderful Portuguese cuisine every day, hear the happy laughter of those who sit there drinking a juice or eating a snack, and socialize easily with the locals !
- In the living room you can sit comfortably watching a film on TV while sipping a glass of chilled white wine :)
- In the main bedroom, you can store your belongings in the storage space and relax in the double bedroom.
- In the kitchen, you have all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare meals, or simply to have a cup of coffee before going out for a walk. The dining table is spacious. Enjoy it ;)

The Green Street is amazing and full of life!
You will be living among the coolest and WOW areas of Lisbon: Bairro Alto, Bica, Cais do Sodre and Chiado. These neighborhoods are famous not only for their nightlife, but also for their exclusive shops, CO-working spaces, excellent restaurants and cafes. From here you can easily get everywhere on foot :)
✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.
✔ Pets are not allowed.
✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.
✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.
- Check-in is from 3pm. Early arrival subject to availability.
- Check-out is until 11 a.m. Late check-out (until 1 p.m.) subject to availability. Please check in advance.
- Please note this property has a sofa bed, however the bed sheets for it will only be available by request prior to your check in. If you want to use the sofa bed, let us know when you place the reservation. If you request for it, after the check in there will be a fee applied.
- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.
- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.
- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.
- Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this listing is mandatory.

January 2025We were unlucky for the upstairs neighbours were stomping all day/evening. The area is nice with the restaurants and public transport nearby. Also for us the bed was way too hard. All in all it was fine.

October 2024Very cozy place with lots of nice restaurants in front, it’s a little noisy sometimes but you can feel the energy of Lisbon. Nice location, nice interior, kitchen, living space, and always prompt responses from the house owner.

October 2024Le logement est idéalement placé, et convient très bien pour 2 personnes. L'hôte est très réactif aux messages, et l'arrivée se fait très facilement. En revanche, il y a une forte odeur de renfermé/moisi dans l'appartement. Il n'y a qu'une fenêtre dans la chambre, ce qui rend l'appartement beaucoup plus sombre que sur les photos. Le bruit de la rue n'est pas dérangeant du tout, en revanche, on entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient avec nous... Niveau rapport qualité prix, seul l'emplacement répond aux attentes ...

September 2024logement propre et facile d'accès très bien placé avec les transports a proximité les restaurants et commerce aux pieds du logement. l'hôte a répondu à toute nos question très rapidement. La rue est toute fois un peu bruyante mais nous ne sommes pas venus pour nous reposer mais pour visiter . A revoir par contre la literie car le matelas est très très dur et mon mari qui mesure 1m90 ne rentrait pas dans le lit il a du dormir sur le côté . cependant nous pourrions revenir sans problème

September 2024The location of this super cute flat was just perfect for us. We absolutely loved it! The little street we were on was amazing, we had everything on our doorstop, wine bars, small restaurants, a supermarket and ATMs. It was also very convenient and easy to walk to the main areas and the train station as well. The flat itself was well maintained and very comfortable . It had everything we needed and the decor was very much to our liking. Would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!

September 2024The apartment was lovely and had everything we need. the location was brilliant with restaurants right outside the front door (which means if you like an easy night you might find it hard to sleep as can be quite noisy). personally we found the bed extremely uncomfortable and had the flattest pillows, so we found it hard to sleep. we didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment and chose to eat out most days but everything was well stocked in the kitchen and easy to use.

June 2024In an amazing location, near to the centre and located near lots of restaurants and bars. The accommodation was really clean and tidy, however i didn’t realise it was on the ground floor and was actually quite dark inside with only 1 window so felt a bit claustrophobic. It is located on a very busy street, we were prepared for the noise and had ear plugs but just to be aware of this. You also can’t really open the windows without feeling like someone is constantly looking in because it is on the ground level.

July 2024I spent four wonderful days in this appartment. It was very clean & cute. The location is perfect - in the middle of the heart of Lisobn. Therefore it can get loud outside on the street, but the windows from the bedroom were pretty soundproof. Nevertheless, if you open the windows people on the street can watch right into the appartment. The host was very helpful and very obliging! Thanks again for the stay!

July 2024Het straatje is echt zo gezellig en leuk. Hele leuke sfeer met verschillende eetgelegenheden. Neem oordopjes mee want de de gezelligheid is tot diep in de nacht te horen. De omgeving vonden wij echt erg leuk. Je wandelt zo naar verschillende leuke plekken en komt onderweg van alles tegen. De woning heeft geen fijne geur. Wellicht omdat er weinig ramen zijn. De deur kan open en ramen in 1 slaapkamer. Bij binnenkomst vonden wij de ruimte klein (met 4 personen) maar het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

July 2024Location is great for visiting the city and decorations are very nice. Very lively street (in a cute way) that did calm down around midnight so had no trouble sleeping from that perspective. We did find that there is a musty odor but I almost think that is just a “Lisbon smell” with the humidity / being close to water. Appreciated a mid-stay delivery of a fan to circulate the air a little bit. Bathroom is tiny, but we knew that when booking. Generally recommend.

August 2024Fantastic location, right on the iconic Green Street with amazing restaurants at your doorstep! The street is quite lively of a night time, however it quietens down around midnight (the thick exterior walls were very good at blocking out the street noise). Incredible host, super responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get inside along with great local food recommendations!!

August 2024The location was amazing. Right at the center of Lisbon with amazing restaurants and cafes close by. The green street itself is very calm throughout the day, beautiful and has some cafe options. We had a great stay and are already planning the next lisbon trip.:)
