The house has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and 2 comfortable bedrooms.
0️⃣ On the LOWER FLOOR, you will find a small hall where some appliances are storage. On the left side there is the main bedroom, furnished with a king size bed and a desk, making it ideal not only for peaceful nights, but also for those moments when you need to catch up on work or studies.

FLOOR 1️⃣ (Entrance): the main area that unfolds into a welcoming living space furnished with a sofa and TV with free Netflix and Internet (up to 200mbps)
The Kitchenette is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for your stay, including dish washer. Complementing, there is a dining table that comfortably seats up to 4 people.
The LAUNDRY area has an iron and ironing board, and some cleaning utensils.
The small sunny TERRACE is furnished with a small table and chairs. It also has two high benches where you can enjoy that tasty breakfast while watching a little bit of the view of the Tagus River.

FLOOR 2️⃣ (UPPER): you’ll find a second bedroom with rustic decor, furnished with a single bed for 2 guests, ideal for additional guests or children.

Marvila is the ‘London East-End’ of Lisbon. It’s a trendy, up-and-coming area, perched on the side of the beautiful Tagus River. The neighborhood offers quirky stores, art galleries, and antiques.
If you work from home and are looking for an inspiring remote working scene, you’ll find it here in Marvila. The neighborhood is easily accessible from the airport, just 10 minutes by car or taxi. The nearby train stations also offer direct access to neighboring areas. The creative and entrepreneurial culture of Marvila makes it one of Lisbon’s most attractive neighborhoods.
✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.
✔ Pets are not allowed.
✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.
✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.
Registered guests have access to the whole house.

- Even though the windows of the house are new and isolate noise, note that there is a railway line nearby where the train passes daily.
- The neighborhood is secure, very quiet and familiar. The neighbors are humble and welcoming, typically Portuguese families who like to give and receive a friendly "good morning", "good afternoon" or "good evening" :)
- Internet connection up to 100 mbps.
- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.
- Check-in is from 3pm. Early arrival subject to availability.
- Check-out is until 11 a.m. Late check-out (until 1 p.m.) subject to availability. Please check in advance.
- Please note this property has a sofa bed, however the bed sheets for it will only be available by request prior to your check in. If you want to use the sofa bed, let us know when you place the reservation. If you request for it, after the check in there will be a fee applied.
- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.
- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.
- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.

February 2025I stayed 2 months in the apartment. I had a business in Beato daily and the house was pet friendly. That’s why I chowed this place. I was in doubt because of the feedback before however I must say I had a comfortable stay in general. The house is newly renovated and had all you can need in a Airbnb house. It has 3 floors and a small terrace. My cat is enjoyed more than us :) People are generally complain about the noise of train pass however after the first day, we didn’t even notice. Maybe we used windows closed because of winter but even window open it’s not a big deal , train doesn’t pass often. I rented a car and street parking was free , for public transportation, there is a train station nearby. 2 things may be improved: - master bedroom bed is small for 2 person - the couch in the living room is not comfortable if you want to use as a couch not opened. The team was so helpful and responsive. They helped us solve any problem in the house we faced . Thanks for that also
