The space

We say, details matter! From the decoration to the furniture's placement, this beautiful apartment accommodates 2 people. It was totally designed for the comfort of our guests, whether they stay for a few days or more.

--> A spacious bathroom with standing shower with towels at your disposal.

--> The kitchen is extremely functional, equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances such as stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. No microwave available.

--> Flat TV with cable channels and great speed WIFi, perfect for working from home!

The neighbourhood

Prazeres neighbourhood is the old part of Campo de Ourique, close to historic places like the Palácio das Necessidades and the famous Basilica da Estrela. Next to the apartment, you will have several grocery stores, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the various parks and gardens overlooking the Tagus River.

House rules

✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.

✔ Parties and events are not allowed.

✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.

✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.

✔ Pets are not allowed.

✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.

✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.

✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).

✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

Other things to note

- Internet connection up to 100 mbps.

- It is required to comply with our legal obligations by fulfilling Online Check In before your arrival.

- Check-in is from 3pm. Early arrival subject to availability.

- Check-out is until 11 a.m. Late check-out (until 1 p.m.) subject to availability. Please check in advance.

- Upon arrival the apartment will be prepared with linen and towels for each guest and amenities of shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper for the first day.

- We offer additional services such as luggage collection and delivery (by hand), transfers, tours and restaurant reservations.

- You can request a crib and/or high chair at an additional cost (payable directly to the host) and subject to availability.

- Compliance with the house rules mentioned in this listing is mandatory.

Tout correspondait effectivement aux photos et description du site. L'emplacement est en dehors du tumulte d'une grande ville et constitue un bon point de départ pour visiter Lisbonne. Les réponses de l'agence sont hélas tardives, c'est dommage. Si tout était très bien dans l'appartement y compris les petites attention, il manquait une ampoule sur une lampe de chevet pourtant utile. Le verdict est tout de même avantageusement positif.

It's a nice and clean apartment with a lovely shared neighborhood yard. Just be careful if you are allergic to damp. Because when I entered the apartment, there was a very strong smell of dampness. I tried to ventilate by opening the windows, but for those of you who are sensitive to damp, I don't recommend it. Otherwise I am quite satisfied with my stay here!

Como parte positiva: Estuvieron muy atentos, nos mandaron muchas indicaciones e información de todos lados. Me gustó mucho esa parte. La casa era lo esperable, para mí es máximo para 2. En general, todo estaba limpio. Nos dieron toallas, y allí había hasta un kit con estropajo, papel cocina, bolsa de basura... había rollos de papel higiénico y cocina, de sobra. Tenían secador, plancha de la ropa. Hay lavadora y horno. 2 manojos de llaves. La ubicación está cerca de estación de tren y autobús, y de ciertos puntos destacable de la ciudad. Es como a mitad de Belem y del centro. A nivel de aparcamiento, creo que es de las pocas zonas de Lisboa que puedes encontrar más. Como parte negativa: La ubicación en sí no es un barrio muy bonito, eso sí NO TUVIMOS NINGÚN PROBLEMA, INCLUSO EL COCHE APARCADO DURANTE 4 DIAS SIN MOVERSE, Y GENIAL. Y aunque todo estaba limpio, el baño las paredes tenían manchas y se habían dejado algo en la ducha, les informe en mi salida y dijeron que lo limpiarian.

The room is not big but very cozy. The room is also very clean and the facilities are very complete. There is a washing machine which is very convenient for people who travel for a long time.

Très joli, appartement très bien équipé, conforme à la description. Arrivée autonome et relativement facile d’accès. L’hôte a fait preuve d’une grande réactivité. Seul bémol : l’emplacement. En tant que deux femmes, nous ne nous sentions pas totalement en sécurité dans le quartier
