We say, details matter! From the decoration to the furniture's placement, this small but very functional studio accommodates 2 people. It was totally designed for the comfort of our guests, whether they stay for a few days or a few months!

--> A great bathroom with laundry room and a standing shower with towels at your disposal.
--> The kitchen is extremely functional, equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
--> We took the extra mile with a modern flat TV with cable channels and high speed WIFi, perfect for working from home!
--> Enjoy the patio, where we can have a delicious breakfast, read a book, or simply have a glass of wine in the evening!
This is a noble old part of the city, close to historical places like the Palácio das Necessidades and the famous Basilica da Estrela. Next to the studio, you will have grocery stores, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the various parks and gardens overlooking the Tagus River.

✔ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of €100 may be applied if this rule is violated.
✔ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔ Rest period between 11 PM and 7 AM.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the apartment.
✔ Pets are not allowed.
✔ In case of extreme dirtiness after check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee via the platform or deduct it directly from the initial deposit.
✔ If a member of our team needs to go to the apartment for any reason that is the guest's responsibility, a fee of €30 will be charged.
✔ If you need to open a door locked with keys inside the lock, the cost of a locksmith normally starts at €95 (subject to availability and depending on the time of day).
✔ For extra linen or towels is required an additional fee of €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) - subject to availability.

November 2024Un beau petit appartement, bien placé excentré du centre de Lisbonne mais tout à fait accessible à pied, et proche des moyens de transport. Le seul point négatif serait qu’il se trouve dans un quartier sous le couloir aérien de l’aéroport, ce qui pourrait engendrer quelques naissances sonores. L’appartement est pratique et bien équipé. À recommander !

October 2024I recently stayed at this apartment in Lisbon, and overall it was a good experience. The location was good, with easy access to public transport within walking distance. The apartment itself was nicely furnished, cozy, and had a charming atmosphere. However, there was a noticeable issue with mold, as the apartment is at the ground floor. The bathroom had visible mold, and there was a lingering musty smell throughout the apartment. This detracted from the overall comfort of the stay, as it made the space feel less fresh than expected. Despite this, the host was very friendly and responsive, and the place itself has a lot of potential if the mold issue is addressed. If you’re sensitive to odors or mold, this might be something to consider, but otherwise, it’s a pleasant and well-located apartment.
